How do I make money as a reseller?- Simple, you are buying our services wholesale and reselling them retail to Your own customers. The discounted buying power leaves You plenty of room for an extremely comfortable profit.

Which of GUI Web Hosting's services may I resell? - All levels of hosting plans, including domain name registrations, support solutions, and even dedicated servers!

Does the 30-day money-back guarantee apply for Reseller accounts? - No, the 30 day money-back guarantee does not apply to Reseller accounts, resold services or domain registrations.

Can I resell domain registrations? - Yes, You are permitted to resell domain registrations.

Can my clients share resources included with my account?
GUI Web Hosting does not permit the sharing of resources between accounts. If a client needs a certain level of service, the reseller should choose the appropriate level of hosting service for the client.

How do I become a reseller?- To become a GUI Web Hosting reseller, signup and submit a completed reseller agreement found below. Once your reseller account is created, you may begin signing up your customer accounts right away.

Will I have Full Control over my customers accounts? - Yes, you may add new accounts via your Personal Web Host Manager Control Panel 24hrs a day. All accounts setup through your Personal Web Host Manager Control panel are created instantly!

What about Technical Support?- As a reseller, you are responsible for providing technical support to your client accounts.

Are there any minimum requirements to keep my GUI Web Hosting reseller status?- The only requirement to remain a Reseller is to keep your Reseller account in good standing and to comply with all GUI Web Hosting operational policies.

What if I do not want to handle the technical support for the hosting accounts that I resell? 
The GUI Web Hosting Reseller program is for Resellers that desire to have their own Hosting Business without all of the extraordinary setup and startup expense. 

If you are not committed to developing a very comfortable residual income operating your own Hosting Business, then we suggest you not pursue Reseller status with GUI Web Hosting.

Who handles the billing for my hosting accounts? - You provide billing to your customers at whatever price you choose. At whatever frequency of billing You desire.

Can I pay for my account or my customer's accounts by check? - No. All resellers must pay by credit card. Resold services you order will be billed to the credit card we have on file for your Reseller account. 

You are free to change the credit card billing information on file for your account at any time simply by submitting an update billing request located in the Reseller Order Center.

What happens to my customers if my Reseller account is cancelled or closed?- By violating the Reseller Terms as outlined in the GUI Web Hosting Authorized Reseller Agreement, all resold accounts hosted on our servers become "Direct Customers" of GUI Web Hosting.

GUI Web Hosting will take necessary steps to ensure each client has their hosting needs met and new billing arrangements for provided services will be made between the client and GUI Web Hosting on a case by case basis.

Do I have to order the Private Label DNS and Private Label Control Panel to be a Reseller?
- Certainly not. These are optional services made available to Resellers by popular demand, who are committed to having their own Private Label Hosting Business.

Can I order the Private Label DNS and Private Label Control Panel after I become a Reseller at any time? - Certainly. These are optional services made available to Resellers. They are not required to become a Reseller, and can be ordered at any time.
